Per tutti quelli che come me sono abituati al comando chkconfig di Red Hat/Fedora/Centos su Debian/ubuntu e derivati e’ possibile usare il tool a linea di comando sysv-rc-conf.

Ecco che permessi dare ad un utente da utilizzare per effettuare backup o esportazioni tramite mysqldump.
GRANT SELECT, FILE, LOCK TABLES on *.* to ‘user’@'localhost’ identified by ‘password’
